Great Coaching is a bridge to success
Your first coaching session is always complimentary!
Click here to schedule a free 30-60 minute session. In addition to providing a sample coaching on whatever topic you wish, I can answer any questions you might have about coaching and how my practice works. All coaching takes place on the phone so you (or I) can be anywhere in the world!
As your coach, I partner with you in a thought provoking and creative process. The process inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. I reflect your thoughts and desires back to you. This helps you make decisions, take action, and achieve more than you think you can. The roles of a coach include personal advocate, strategist, and success partner. I can help you articulate the questions you might not want to ask yourself.
Individuals often seek out a coach when they are asking themselves questions like:
- How do I get out of my “rut”?
- What’s the next step to take to move forward professionally?
- Where is the balance in my life?
- Who can help me sort this out?
Many of us talk about our struggles with a friend or partner. While they might want the best for us, they are rarely unbiased. A coach is an objective resource. Coaching is not about “fixing” anything. It’s about helping you make your life all you dream it can be!
Your focus might be personal or professional. Either way, my role is to:
- Act as an objective sounding board as you work through challenges
- Support you through your decision making process
- Help you create action plans
- Ask more of you than you might ask of yourself
My standard package includes two hours of coaching each month. This can be set up as a 30 minute session every week or a 60 minute session every other week–whichever works best for you. Coaching is a process, not an event, so the expectation is that we will work together for an extended period of time, usually six months or longer. You can, of course, stop at any time. My fees are negotiable. We can discuss this during your complimentary session. I generally bill on a monthly basis and invoice through PayPal. You can pay online with a credit card and you do not need a PayPal account.
My coaching practice is informed by my corporate and small business experience and a M.Ed. in Adult Education and Training from Seattle University. I am also a graduate of CoachU, one of the premier coaching education organizations worldwide, and a member of International Coach Federation. I adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics.

TRAINING + COACHING
What is “Training + Coaching?” It is classroom or e-learning followed by one-on-one sessions with a trainer who coaches the learner in the appropriate application of new skills or knowledge. Two or three coaching sessions spread over six to ten weeks is most effective. The follow-up coaching exponentially increases sustainability and integration of new knowledge, skills, and competencies. The combination dramatically improves results; production, sales, quality, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
I can show you how to take your current training to the next level by facilitating the incorporation of follow-up coaching into your training curriculum. .
